DownGh will respond to any take-down requests that comply with the requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We also adhere to other applicable intellectual property laws. Promotional songs are generally meant to increase exposure. They help unknown or new production labels, artists, producers, and DJs. This especially applies to those with a low reach on a global scale. Subsequently, this increases streaming and sales of a production. This directly benefits the Copyright holder(s) from the onset of the official release of their subsequent or current material. Promos posted on this website are not for profit. We do not claim ownership or intend to infringe copyright, modify the work or add our own material. If you feel your rights are being infringed upon, email us via downghana@gmail.com
