Hammer, as the suspect is known, reportedly purchased petrol and stormed the home of the spiritualist to burn him and the family.
Speaking to Boagyan, the spiritualist said his wife noticed the suspect approaching and informed him so he managed to escape but angry Hammer turned his fury to the child and set him on fire near the house.

The incident occurred Friday evening at Ngleshie Amanfrom near Kasoa in the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region.
The victim is currently in critical condition at the Ngleshie Amanfrom Polyclinic.
