I Hope You Are Not Coming Back To Make Money For Your Family- Ya Na Questions Ex-President Mahama

King of Dagbon, Ya-Na Abubakari Mahama II has questioned his son, former president John Dramani Mahama if he is not coming back to make more money for his family.

Ya-Na Abubakari Mahama does not know why the former president who doubles as the flagbearer for the National Democratic Congress would still want to become the president of Ghana when he has been the president of Ghana before.

Ya- Na said that he believes ex-president Mahama’s coming back is to ensure both the aged and youth of Ghana live a good and comfortable life. He advised the former president to try and leave a good legacy that his children and Ghanaians at large would be proud of when given the nod.

I believe you are not coming to make more money for your family but to leave a legacy that your children will not only be proud of but will pave a way for them wherever they find themselves in the future when you are long gone to your maker,” he said.

He also advised that the former president, when given the nod should do a reshuffle and cut off his officials who are pig around the whole. According to him, the only way the former president can leave a legacy is to lay off his officials who even though might be so close and loyal to him, cannot do the work well.

“To make this legacy a reality, when you get the nod from Ghanaians do not shy away from reshuffling your team to get the right ones on board by merit and confidence and lay off even loyalists but misfits who will only churn out mediocrity for your government.

Meanwhile, the former president is yet to respond to the claims as well as the advice by the Overlord of Dagbon, Ya-Na Abubakari Mahama II.
