Anas Aremeyaw Anas Gives Kennedy Agyapong 30 Days To Apologize To Him And Mr. Baako For Defamatory Comments(+Details) – Award-winning private investigative Journalist has given Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong 30 days ultimatum to apologize to Mr Baako for defamatory comments.
In post sighted by GhBase Entertainment on his official Facebook page, Anas Aremeyaw Anas disclosed how a High court ordered Mr Agyapong to apologize to complaint and pay additional 130k as damages.

According to the post, Mr Agyapong leveled certain allegations against the Mr. Baako for which he failed to provide substantial evidence and as a result, he has been ordered by the Accra High Court to face the consequences of his actions.
He wrote on his Facebook page;
“Kennedy Agyapong has 30 days to apologize 3 times on all platforms he used to defame Mr. Baako says a High Court in Accra today(26/06/2020).The High Court has also ordered him not to repeat the lies again. He is to pay 100k as damages and 30k as Mr. Baako’s legal cost.

Mr. Agyapong failed to prove his allegations that Mr. Baako and Mr. Anas do galamsey and are fraudsters during the release of Galamsey fraud part one in court. Judgment was read in court this morning. Kennedy faces other defamation suits.
Meanwhile Mr Agyapong is yet to respond to the allegations.
