Abu Trica who projected himself as a young Ghanaian millionaire and routinely flaunted stacks of cash, luxury houses and lavish spending has been indicted by the US government for his involvement in an 8 million USD romance scam scandal.

As confirmed, victims of the scam are old U.S. citizens whom he persuaded to give him their life savings and other valuables.
Following his viral arrest and detainment by EOCO, an old video of him spraying cash on a budding musician has surfaced online.
In the video, the viral Swedru-based tycoon was seen spraying cash on young Ghanaian artiste Essumann during a performance.
The musician, a rapper who flows predominantly in the Fante dialect was singing his song Cemetery Flow II, when Abu Trica tagged along.
