The Accra High Court issued an injunction on the funeral of the late Charles Kojo Fosuh, also known as Daddy Lumba.

According to the information gathered, the final funeral rites of the late Daddy Lumba are not coming off tomorrow, December 13 as it was proclaimed earlier.
The court’s decision comes after the late musician’s immediate family rushed to the Accra High Court to seek the court’s support to ensure the funeral doesn’t go off.

Well, the court slated yesterday, December 11 for a court hearing, however, due to reasons that are yet to be uncovered, it was postponed to today, December 12, a day before the final funeral.
Well, even though the immediate family among others are not out of court yet, information DownGh has gathered has it that the court has put an injunction on Daddy Lumba’s funeral.
